On August 1, 2024, DJSER has reached a strategic cooperation with IM Sinoexpo (Informa markets). This collaboration marks a significant step for both parties to jointly promote industry development, providing award participants with more diverse communication opportunities and broader media dissemination platforms.

SINOEXPO INFORMA MARKETS上海博华国际展览有限公司是总部设在英国伦敦的英富曼集团（Informa PLC., 全球最大的会展主办机构，英国富时100上市公司）与上海华展国际展览有限公司于1998年在上海设立的国内领先的中外合作展览公司。

IM Sinoexpo is a leading Sino-foreign cooperative exhibition company established in Shanghai in 1998 by Informa PLC (Informa is world’s largest exhibition organizer and it is listed on London Stock Exchange and a member of FTSE 100), headquartered in London, UK, and Shanghai Huazhan International Exhibition.

「第十一届CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」收到295家机构申报的1,042个项目，参赛公司及作品分别来自：澳大利亚，加拿大，中国，丹麦，芬兰，法国，德国，印度，意大利，日本，摩纳哥，摩洛哥，荷兰，韩国，新加坡，西班牙，瑞士，泰国，英国，美国，越南(顺序按照国别英文首字母排序)。

「The 11th CREDAWARD」 is co-presented by DJSER and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets. A total of 1,042 projects from 295 institutions were submitted for participation. Winning projects of 「the 11th CREDAWARD」come from various countries and regions, including Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, South Korea, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, UK, USA and Vietnam (listed alphabetically by country name in English).

最终，457份年度作品入围（入围率43.86%），并于「摩登上海设计周」期间进行金银奖逐鹿演讲及优秀作品展。最终，经过2天激烈的演讲与评审，大奖产生73个金奖、72个银奖项目，各项类别总计。并在上海前滩香格里拉酒店进行隆重的颁奖盛典，现场揭晓年度金银奖获奖项目。

After rigorous selection, 457 shortlisted projects (shortlisted rate 43.86%) and proceeded to compete for Gold and Silver Awards through final presentations and an exhibition of outstanding works during Maison Shanghai. Following two intense days of presentations and evaluations, the awards ceremony culminated in the selection of 73 Gold Awards and 72 Silver Awards. The grand awards ceremony was held at the Shangri-La Hotel Qiantan, where the annual Gold and Silver Award winners were officially announced.

「The 11th CREDAWARD」 introduced a new accolade: Industry Contribution Award, specifically honoring the project owners behind the winning developments. A successful project requires not only architects/designers with exceptional design capabilities but also design managers with extraordinary vision and comprehensive management skills.
