As cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data mature, future buildings will break through limitations and evolve into intelligent ecosystems that can keenly perceive environmental changes and accurately meet the diverse needs of human settlements.

The “Innovation, Technology, Sustainability RIBA Architecture Festival Asia” is scheduled to be held in Shenzhen, China, in December 16-18 2025. Aiming to reach a broader Asian region, this event will gather industry leaders and opinion leaders from the global architectural and technological sectors to jointly explore new paths for technological innovation to drive the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, as well as how to inject strong momentum into the prosperity and development of future cities through the design and construction of intelligent buildings.

The conference will invite participants from regions including China, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, China.
